A super quick + easy dippy recipe for Little Veg Lovers using Ella's Kitchen Parsnips first tastes pouches!

White Bean Parsnip Dip Thumb

Ingredients

  • 2 x pouches of Ella's Kitchen Parsnips pouch 150g cooked butter beans, drained
  • 2 x tbs greek yoghurt or fromage frais
  • 1 x small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 x tsp cumin
  • Sprinkle of parsley

Method

  1. Whizz all together in a food processor!
  2. Enjoy as a scrummy finger food with cooked veggie sticks.
Top tip

This would be good as a dip or mashed up with fish for a more textured meal (check for bones first though!)
