A creeeamy blend of cauliflower cheese for babies, made with our very own Sweetcorn First Tastes! + a pinch nutmeg!

Cheesy Cauliflower Sweetcorn Puree

Ingredients

  • 1x Ella's Kitchen Sweetcorn First Tastes pouch
  • 400g cauliflower florets
  • 150ml of your little one's usual milk
  • 50g mature cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Method

  1. Steam cauliflower florets for 15 minutes - or until soft.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat up the milk + sweetcorn puree - when warm add the cheese + nutmeg.
  3. Stir until melted.
  4. Drain the cauliflower and add to the cheese sauce.
  5. Blend until super smooth!
Top tip

For a more substantial meal, stir through some mashed or blended lentils!
