Butternut Squash Finger Food

Ingredients

  • 1 x Butternut Squash
  • A few twigs of tarragon

Method

  1. Cut the butternut squash into index finger sized pieces
  2. Place in oven proof dish + spray with a little spray oil
  3. Add in twigs of tarragon + cover dish with foil
  4. Roast at 200c for 30-35 minutes
  5. Leave to cool, remove tarragon + serve to your little one

Finger foods are great for little ones practising their hand-eye coordination!
